Individual Adult Therapy
Many people seek therapy to heal parts of themselves or aspects of their lives that feel meaningful and not in aligment with how they want to feel. Individual therapy is regarded as one of the highest levels of treatment for mental, behavioral and emotional issues. I value the therapeutic relationship needed to honor your trust and will alongside you as we work together to address those areas that cause you discomfort and guide you to a more fulfilled life.
Kids and Teens
The needs of children and teengares are completely uniquire from that of an adult. Their minds, bodies and souls function on a different plane and I find most children feel much more deeply than we give them credit for. I will work directly with your child on their level and provide them with support towards feeling a more whole version of themselves. As a parent, I understand the importance of incorporating guardians into therapy and will work with you as you learn new ways to support your child too. We set our children up for success by teaching them that it is okay to ask for help from a young age, and that they are good and worthy no matter what challenges they face. Together, we can build a strong foundation for your child to thrive and overcome any obstacles that may come their way.
Family Therapy
The family unit is often-times one of the most challenging relationships and when it is not functioning well it takes a specialized approach to address any and all areas of dysfunction in order to create deep and meaningful connections. During family therapy we can either bring in all family members of the family, or sometimes just a few where the dysfunction lives in order to resolve conflict. The goal of family therapy is to create reconnection and build future relationship resilence. Couples Therapy
Couples at any stage of their relationship from dating, to engaged to married and even co-parenting deserve to have the relationship they desire. Having safe, deep meaningful and loving relationships are vital to our health and I applaud you for being motivated to put in the work to build a strong relationship or repair a troubled one. I also recognize their are many different forms of love and honor exactly how you and your loved ones love. I have experience working alongside polyamorous families, LGBTQIA+ and couples who chose to not defire themselves within a given box. No matter how you love I am here to provide you with the guidance and support you need to create a harmonious relationship.
Trauma Therapy
When we experience trauma it changes our brain and creates pathways that make it easier to relive the experience or get stuck in the emtoinal and body sensations. Working through trauma requires a specialized and uniquely safe therapy to avoid retraumatization and create new pathways that allow one of feel safe internally. We will work together to create that safe space in therapy that can translate to your life outside of therapy and help to find meaning beyoung your experience.
